In this cartoon it illustrates that neither a Republican or Obama can solve the looming debt crises. Also it shows that their wrong and Watson sees the obvious.
Using imagery, metaphors, and conceits this cartoon shows that a computer has more common sense in solving this issue, in addition i nor agree or disagree to the statement which this cartoon attempts prove.
