In the cartoon, the fight going on in Wisconsin, making the public sector union the behemoth, while making the normal taxpayers as “the evil greedy corporate monster.” The anti-union bill triggers frustration among the workers in Wisconsin, which has provoked protests, layoffs and tempers to flare. Throughout Wisconsin, there has been battle of who is at fault about anti-union bill as you see the (versus) between the union and taxpayers. That elected union officials only signed on one line of the contracts leaving the elected government officials or their duly appointed representatives signed the other line, “the evil greedy corporate monster.” Thus, giving the union the image of a behemoth and incorrect representation of the taxpayers who are protesting to stop the bill from passing, the Wisconsin bill would force state and local public workers to contribute more toward their pensions and health care and would strip them of the right to negotiate benefits and working conditions. Amid noisy protests outside the state Capitol that began more than a week ago in an epic showdown that watched nervously by organized labor across the country. State employees could start receiving layoff notices as early as next week if the bill not passed soon. Two Democrats lashed out at Republican lawmakers and aides for laughing at them during the debate, this caused tempers, the people are in trouble and there is laughter going on.
