In this photo you have Moammar texting Charlie Sheen to get "help". Charlie is looking quite a mess, scruffy and dirty. He also seems annoyed and angry. Moammar just seems nonchalant. They have birds, stars and other items circling around their heads which can mean they are crazy and out of the loop.
The artists uses imagery, irony and humor to show how Moammar & Charlie may have characteristics in common. Moammar is the dictator of Libya. His rulings have caused destruction and massacre's in Libya. Charlie Sheen is an actor and recently has been crazy in the media with destructive behavior just like Moammar has. In this image Moammar texts Charlie saying "Dude. Get Help", which to me is ironic since Moammar should be the one getting help for having many people killed.
