In this political cartoon, there is a man dressed up in cabaret-like clothing hidden behind curtains in which only his leg shows through, and on his muscular arm, Obamacare is tattooed. The audience being a donkey which represents the Democractic party and Uncle Sam as the United States. The cartoonist's message is the deception of Obamacare that the Democratic Party is trying to get away with.
The once wonderful health care law known as Obamacare, is now nothing but deception and uncertainity for the future of our nation which is shown in this political cartoon through symbolism and irony. The irony is in which the donkey says "the more you see, the more you'll like," which clearly that is a lie. If more is uncovered, it will show how the Obamacare was a just a fake, not really a pretty woman but a man. This means that if it continues on and really "shown" to the public, they will realize how they have been deceived this whole time and it was just a lie and unneccesary, which is how I see it as as well.
